Teilnahmebedingungen Carl Roth Adventskalender – 2025
1. Veranstalter und Laufzeit des Gewinnspiels
Veranstalter des Gewinnspiels ist die Carl Roth GmbH + Co. KG, Schoemperlenstr. 3-5, 76185 Karlsruhe (im Folgenden: „Veranstalter“). Das Gewinnspiel findet täglich vom 01.12.2025 bis zum 24.12.2025 auf der Carl Roth Adventskalender-Website (https://adventskalender2025.carlroth.blog ) statt. Dabei wird täglich eine Kalendertür mit einer neuen Frage geöffnet. Das jeweilige Gewinnspiel (Kalendertür) wird um 00:00 Uhr freigeschalten und endet 23:59 Uhr.
Ansprechpartner und Verantwortlicher ist alleine der Veranstalter.
Der Veranstalter behält sich das Recht vor, das Gewinnspiel aufgrund unvorhergesehener Umstände (insbesondere technischer oder rechtlicher Art) ohne Vorankündigung abzubrechen oder zu beenden.
2. Teilnahmeberechtigung
Teilnahmeberechtigt sind alle Personen mit Wohnsitz in der Bundesrepublik Deutschland, Niederlande, Belgien, Frankreich, Schweiz und Liechtenstein, die bei der Teilnahme mindestens 18 Jahre alt sind. Angestellte von Carl Roth GmbH + Co. KG und deren Tochtergesellschaften sowie andere an der Konzeption und Umsetzung dieses Gewinnspiels beteiligte Personen sind von der Teilnahme ausgeschlossen. Teilnehmer des Gewinnspiels ist die Person, die ihre Daten bei der Anmeldung am Gewinnspiel angegeben hat. Bei unwahren Personenangaben, kann der Teilnehmer vom Gewinnspiel ausgeschlossen werden.
3. Anerkennung der Teilnahmebedingungen
Durch die Teilnahme erklären sich die Teilnehmer mit den Teilnahmebedingungen einverstanden.
4. Teilnahmevoraussetzungen
Eine Teilnahme am Gewinnspiel ist nur am jeweiligen Tag im Zeitraum vom 01.12.2025 bis zum 24.12.2025 ausschließlich auf der Carl Roth Adventskalender-Website unter Akzeptanz und Einhaltung dieser Teilnahmebedingungen möglich. Jeder Teilnehmer ist für die Richtigkeit der hierbei gemachten Angaben selbst verantwortlich.
Die Teilnahme am Gewinnspiel ist kostenlos und unabhängig vom Erwerb von Waren oder Dienstleistungen. Zur Teilnahme ist ein Internetzugang erforderlich, die dabei eventuell anfallenden Kosten sind vom Teilnehmer zu tragen. Der Teilnahmeschluss ist am jeweiligen Gewinnspiel-Tag um 23:59 Uhr.
5. Teilnahmehandlung
Es ist pro Tag nur eine Teilnahme möglich. Die Teilnahme erfolgt durch das richtige Beantworten der Frage der jeweiligen Kalendertür und des Hinterlegens der Kontaktdaten in dem dafür vorgesehenen Formular. Eine einmalige Teilnahme führt nicht automatisch zur Teilnahme an allen weiteren Gewinnspieltagen.
Sollte die Teilnahme aus technischen Gründen nicht durchgeführt werden können, haftet der Veranstalter hierfür nicht.
Zudem behält sich der Veranstalter vor, Teilnehmer vom Gewinnspiel auszuschließen, die gegen die Teilnahmebedingungen verstoßen, insbesondere mehrfach am Gewinnspiel teilnehmen oder unwahre Angaben machen, sich unerlaubter Hilfsmittel bedienen oder sich anderweitig durch Manipulation Vorteile verschaffen oder dies versuchen.
Der Gewinner wird binnen 5 Tagen nach Ende des jeweiligen Gewinnspieltages unter den Teilnehmern zufällig durch Losentscheid ermittelt und anschließend per E-Mail benachrichtigt. Sollte der Gewinner nicht innerhalb von 14 Tagen auf die E-Mail antworten, verfällt der Anspruch auf den Gewinn und es wird in selber Art und Weise ein Ersatzgewinner ausgelost. Für die Korrektheit der angegebenen E-Mail-Adresse ist der Teilnehmer verantwortlich.
7. Gewinne
Es werden die im Gewinnspiel beschriebenen Preise vergeben. Die Vergabe der Gewinne findet nur unter den Teilnehmern der jeweiligen Kalendertür statt, die eigenhändig sämtliche für die Teilnahme an dem Gewinnspiel auszufüllenden Eingabefelder vollständig, verständlich und richtig ausgefüllt haben. Eine Barauszahlung der Sachwerte oder Tausch der Gewinne ist nicht möglich. Die Preise sind nicht übertragbar. Der Gewinner akzeptiert notwendige Änderungen des Gewinns, die durch andere außerhalb des Einflussbereichs des Veranstalters liegenden Faktoren bedingt sind. Ein Weiterverkauf oder Übertragung ist nicht gestattet. Die Versendung der Gewinne erfolgt an die vom Teilnehmer angegebene Adresse.
8. Rechtsweg und Rechtswahl
Das Gewinnspiel sowie die Teilnahmebedingungen unterliegen dem Recht der Bundesrepublik Deutschland. Der Rechtsweg ist ausgeschlossen.
9. Haftungsbeschränkung
Für eine Haftung des Veranstalters auf Schadensersatz gelten unbeschadet der sonstigen gesetzlichen Anspruchsvoraussetzungen die nachfolgenden Haftungsbeschränkungen. Der Veranstalter haftet unbeschränkt, soweit die Schadensursache auf Vorsatz oder grober Fahrlässigkeit beruht. Ferner haftet der Veranstalter für die leicht fahrlässige Verletzung wesentlicher Vertragspflichten, nämlich solcher, deren Erfüllung die ordnungsgemäße Durchführung des Gewinnspiels überhaupt erst ermöglicht und auf deren Einhaltung die Teilnehmer regelmäßig vertrauen und vertrauen dürfen. In diesem Fall haftet der Veranstalter jedoch nur für den vorhersehbaren, vertragstypischen Schaden. Der Veranstalter haftet nicht für die leicht fahrlässige Verletzung anderer als der in den vorstehenden Sätzen genannten Pflichten. Die vorstehenden Haftungsbeschränkungen gelten nicht bei Verletzung von Leben, Körper und Gesundheit, für die Haftung aufgrund eines Mangels nach Übernahme von Beschaffenheitsgarantien oder eines Beschaffungsrisikos oder aufgrund arglistig verschwiegener Mängel. Die Haftung nach dem Produkthaftungsgesetz oder anderen zwingenden gesetzlichen Haftungstatbeständen bleibt unberührt. Soweit die Haftung des Veranstalters beschränkt ist, gilt dies auch für die persönliche Haftung von Organen, Angestellten, Vertretern und Erfüllungsgehilfen des Veranstalters.
10. Datenschutzhinweise
Die im Rahmen der Teilnahme angegebenen Daten werden vom Veranstalter ausschließlich zur Durchführung dieses Gewinnspiels erhoben, verarbeitet und genutzt. Diese Daten werden streng vertraulich behandelt, nicht an Dritte weitergegeben und nicht zu Werbezwecken verwendet. 1. Organiser and duration of the competition
The organiser of the competition is Carl Roth GmbH + Co KG, Schoemperlenstr. 3-5, 76185 Karlsruhe (hereinafter referred to as the “Organiser”). The competition will take place daily from 1 December 2025 to 24 December 2025 on the Carl Roth Advent calendar website (https://adventskalender2025.carlroth.blog ). A calendar door with a new question will be opened every day. The respective competition (calendar door) is activated at 00:00 and ends at 23:59.
The organiser alone is the contact person and responsible party.
The organiser reserves the right to cancel or terminate the competition without prior notice due to unforeseen circumstances (in particular of a technical or legal nature).
2. Eligibility to participate
All persons resident in the Federal Republic of Germany, the Netherlands, Belgium, France, Switzerland and Liechtenstein who are at least 18 years old at the time of participation are eligible to participate. Employees of Carl Roth GmbH + Co KG and its subsidiaries as well as other persons involved in the conception and realisation of this competition are excluded from participation. The participant in the competition is the person who provided their details when registering for the competition. In the event of false personal details, the participant may be excluded from the competition.

By participating, participants agree to the conditions of participation.
4. Participation requirements
Participation in the competition is only possible on the respective day in the period from 01.12.2025 to 24.12.2025 exclusively on the Carl Roth Advent Calendar website, subject to acceptance of and compliance with these conditions of participation. Each participant is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided.
Participation in the competition is free of charge and independent of the purchase of goods or services. Internet access is required to participate; any costs incurred are to be borne by the participant. The closing date for entries is 23:59 on the day of the competition.
5. Participation treatment
Only one entry is possible per day. Participation takes place by correctly answering the question of the respective calendar door and entering the contact details in the form provided. A single entry does not automatically lead to participation in all further competition days.
If participation is not possible for technical reasons, the organiser is not liable for this.
In addition, the organiser reserves the right to exclude participants from the competition who violate the conditions of participation, in particular those who enter the competition more than once or provide false information, use unauthorised aids or otherwise gain or attempt to gain an advantage through manipulation.
The winner will be chosen at random from among the participants within 5 days of the end of the respective competition day and then notified by e-mail. If the winner does not reply to the e-mail within 14 days, the claim to the prize will be forfeited and a replacement winner will be drawn in the same way. The participant is responsible for ensuring that the e-mail address provided is correct.
7. Prizes
The prizes described in the competition will be awarded. Prizes will only be awarded to participants in the respective calendar door who have personally completed all the entry fields required for participation in the competition completely, comprehensibly and correctly. Cash payment of the prizes or exchange of the prizes is not possible. The prizes are non-transferable. The winner accepts any necessary changes to the prize due to other factors beyond the organiser’s control. Resale or transfer is not permitted. The prizes will be sent to the address provided by the participant.
8. Legal process and choice of law
The competition and the conditions of participation are subject to the law of the Federal Republic of Germany. Legal recourse is excluded.
9. Limitation of liability
The following limitations of liability apply to the organiser’s liability for damages, notwithstanding the other statutory requirements for claims. The Organiser shall be liable without limitation insofar as the cause of the damage is based on intent or gross negligence. Furthermore, the organiser is liable for the slightly negligent breach of essential contractual obligations, namely those whose fulfilment is essential for the proper execution of the competition and on whose compliance the participants regularly rely and may rely. In this case, however, the organiser shall only be liable for foreseeable damage typical of the contract. The organiser is not liable for the slightly negligent breach of obligations other than those mentioned in the above sentences. The above limitations of liability shall not apply in the event of injury to life, limb or health, for liability due to a defect following the assumption of quality guarantees or a procurement risk or due to fraudulently concealed defects. Liability under the Product Liability Act or other mandatory statutory liability provisions shall remain unaffected. Insofar as the organiser’s liability is limited, this also applies to the personal liability of the organiser’s organs, employees, representatives and vicarious agents.
10. Data protection information
The data provided in the context of participation will be collected, processed and used by the organiser exclusively for the purpose of conducting this competition. This data will be treated as strictly confidential, will not be passed on to third parties and will not be used for advertising purposes.
