After all, our service includes not only an incredible range of products, but also quick delivery. To achieve this, we need to send our products off in boxes – and not just any boxes, we now also offer boxes made from grass paper. At Carl ROTH, we’re always on the lookout for environmentally friendly solutions that support our service and values in order to make our contribution to sustainability. That’s why we’re now introducing an innovative and sustainable alternative material for shipping boxes – grass paper. This cardboard alternative offers numerous benefits for the environment and helps to ensure that your orders not only arrive safely, but also in an environmentally friendly manner. What’s more, because we attach so much importance to sustainability at Carl ROTH, we’re now in the process of addressing this issue in our shipping boxes as well. However, since good things take time, we’ll all have to be a bit patient before we can fully change over to the new boxes. So far, however, boxes made from the sustainable cardboard alternative are already available in one size.

Grass paper is an innovative alternative to other types of paper and a 100% renewable raw material. It’s made from a mix of pulp and grass fibres, making it even more sustainable than recycled paper.

The inside and outside of our shipping boxes are made entirely from grass paper and the corrugation of the packaging is made from 100% recycled waste paper. This helps us to play our important role when it comes to protecting the environment.

The use of grass paper as an alternative to conventional shipping cartons offers a variety of environmental benefits. By using grass fibres instead of wood fibres, we reduce the demand for wood and therefore help to protect precious forest areas.
